Inspired Goodness Family Trees

Genealogy gets gorgeous

Sometimes, wedding style is undeniable, and one look at the Inspired Goodness booth at a recent wedding show had us literally hooked. Kimberly Canale, creative director of the Brooklyn-based event and graphic design company, just gets it!

While there were a host of invitation packages, paper products and stylish details we fell in love with (the girl knows cool, cohesive design), the family tree design she created for a couple’s summer 2009 wedding really had us swooning.

Inspired by the couple’s strong family bonds, the invitation features a combination of letterpress and blind embossing all featuring the pair’s family tree. The design was also used on the big day on the ceremony programs and on an etched mirror on the guest-book table.

Even if it’s too late to change your whole wedding theme to a tree theme (tempting, isn’t it?), you can celebrate your union with your own Inspired Goodness family tree. Both frame-ready prints and etched mirrors are now available through the company’s Etsy store.

Choose from various tree styles, ink colors, type styles and paper choices, and this tree will really be all yours (you’ll send Canale the names of all the family you want to include). Each custom design takes approximately 12 days to process, but the family tree will last a lifetime.
